Visiting markets while traveling is a great way to get a glimpse of the local way of life. With their brightly colored produce, lively sounds, and a vast array of flavours and fragances; markets offer a well-rounded experience to stimulate all our senses.

The following snaps were taken on a rainy Sunday morning at an open air market in San José, Costa Rica. The morning was almost over and the rain had dwindled to a light drizzle. People were hurriedly finishing their errands while we were looking for the ingredients to prepare a killer guacamole.
