Street art in Lima, Perú by Decertor

Peru – Decertor Street Art in Lima

Ver página en: Español

When I traveled around Peru last year, I was happy to find some really impressive street art in Lima. It shouldn’t come as a surprise, though. There are a few emerging street artists who come from the Peruvian capital. One of my favorites is Decertor (a.k.a. DCT), a street painter who intended to go to art school but abandoned the idea after becoming absorbed by the simple act of painting. He features people in most of his murals and his works have a social and political character. If you want to know more about Decertor, check out this interview or follow him on Facebook.
