The best meal we had in Isla de Coche was the dinner at Bohio de Doña Carmen. The place is small and colourful, with an open hall with views to the sea. It’s very clean and the service is also good. They serve mainly fish and seafood, but there is also chicken and beef available.

Usually when I come back home, I like to eat Pargo (Red Snapper) when I am at the beach. During this trip I’ve had it several times but this one was definitely the best. It was really fresh and the skin was crispy while the inside was moist. Everything else in my plate was also very delicious!
